Google User Data: When you authenticate via Google OAuth, we collect your primary Google email address, profile information, and the OAuth permissions (scopes) required to send emails on your behalf.

2. How We Use Google User Data

We access and use your Google account information strictly to provide user-facing features within our email delivery platform.

To authenticate your identity and allow you to log in securely.

To compose, schedule, and transmit emails on your behalf as explicitly initiated by you through our application interface.

To provide status logs and delivery diagnostics for emails sent through your account.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use Requirement)

GT-TECH SOLUTIONS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No Transfer of Data: We do not transfer, share, or sell Google user data to third parties, advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

No Advertising Use: We do not use Google API user data for serving advertisements, retargeting, or personalized advertising.

Human Inspection Restrictions: Human personnel do not read or view your Google user data or email content, except when required for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws or legal obligations, or with your explicit, affirmative consent for technical troubleshooting and support.

No AI/ML Model Training: We do not use Google user data to train, tune, or improve generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement robust industry-standard security practices to ensure your data remains safe.

OAuth access tokens and authorization credentials are stored securely using encryption both in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.

We do not store your Google account password. Access is managed entirely through Google’s secure OAuth 2.0 framework.

You may revoke our application’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings page.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the services requested by you. If you choose to disconnect your Google account from GT-TECH SOLUTIONS or delete your account, all associated Google OAuth tokens and cached user data are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
